Pregnancy Circle
NEXT GROUP STARTS IN JANUARY!
Pregnancy circle is an opportunity to connect with yourself, your growing baby and other expectant moms in a calm, cozy environment to reflect, share, learn and build community. We will bring the snacks and hugs. You just get yourself there. And bring a friend. Jammies welcome.

Breastfeeding+Baby Care
at Montclair B.A.B.Y.
In this comprehensive class for expectant parents we will cover breastfeeding and newborn care to get you off to a great start the first few weeks after bringing baby home. We will cover newborn feeding behaviors, how to know if baby is latched well, how to know if baby is getting enough, normal breastfeeding complications and when to call for help. We will also discuss diapering and umbilical cord care, bathing, body language and safe sleep practices and how it pertains to the breastfed baby.
***This class is designed to be taken during your pregnancy or before baby arrives.***

Weekly Nourish: mini retreat for new moms + babies
at Milkwell.
If your partner is back to work and you're home alone with baby maybe wishing you'd hired a postpartum doula, this intentional cozy and baby friendly space is just for you to explore getting out of the house, reflect with other moms, learn tools to help regulate an overstimulated or dis regulated nervous system and explore all sorts of postpartum recovery and infant care education!
***This group is designed for moms with babies 1-4 months. Watch this space for older baby groups!***

Feeding Meetings
Our Feeding Meetings are created to bridge the gap between peer led support groups and 1:1 private lactation consultations. From the end of pregnancy till baby is 12 weeks old, Milkwell Feeding Meeting classes allow you the opportunity to learn the basics of good latching, milk production, and other feeding related concerns while start building your community with loving peer support
